The Dream of a German Dentally Retarded Choir
Everyone had
every other tooth missing.
They could sing Handel
but couldn't whistle.
Later they prayed
for German things.
Finally, the priest
with his collar choke on
screamed, "Give us teeff!"
All eyes rolled upward
to see dental work
rain through the ceiling
along with Bratwurst,
Brotechen and Bier
and in marched an um-pa band.
